Unit Construction:

All of our units are meticulously crafted, using a 100% glueless and machine-made construction.

Processing Time for BYOB Units:

Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) units, measured from the date of receipt.
BYOB Unit Construction Fee:

A construction fee of $120 applies for customizing Bring Your Own Bundles (BYOB) units.
Custom Wig Customization & Styling Fee:

Customization and styling services for wigs provided by customers are available at a fee of $85.

Wig Maintenance Fee:

Our professional wig maintenance service is available at a cost of $90.

Pre-Orders:

We offer preorders for a variety of wigs, each of which is accompanied by corresponding photos and pricing. Please note that different wig lengths are available for selection. Preorders require 10-12 business days for processing.

Ready to Ship Units:

Our ready-to-ship units are currently not available. We will post them for purchase as soon as they are created.

Build a Custom Wig:

To build a custom wig, you can upload a reference photo. Customize the closure size (2x6, 5x5, 6x6), cap size (Small: 21-21.5", Medium: 22-22.5", Large: 23-23.5"), select your preferred texture (Straight, Wavy, Deep Wavy, Curly, Kinky Curly), and choose a length between 10" to 32". Pricing varies based on your selections, and you can expect to receive a pricing confirmation via email within 24-48 hours. Custom units take 12-15 business days for processing.
Shipping Time for All Units Once Completed:

All units are shipped within 3-5 business days once they are completed.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be issued in cases of damage, defects, or receipt of the incorrect item. Please contact us at crownedbydana@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom units and sale items are non-returnable.
